Our fitness classes are a good way to feel better and healthier, lose weight, tone up, boost an energy level, and have good fun with other members of the "Fit family". Years of experience in training let our coaches prepare classes that let you reach your fitness goals. Most of them are full-body workouts based on high-intensity anaerobic and also low-impact aerobic protocols. It let you build up your stamina and body conditioning, become fit, and also burn calories, shape up your dream body.  Classes are suitable for all levels of experience as we can always control the intensity, resistance, and difficulty levels.

Tabata
Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that's been proven to torch serious calories quickly. In a Tabata workout, each round lasts four minutes. It requires 20 seconds of all-out intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. Tabata improves athletic performance and glucose metabolism and acts as an excellent catalyst for fat burning, boosts metabolism, aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels.
It also increases lean muscle mass raises heart rate and is time-efficient at the same time.

Our Tabata classes are based on bodyweight exercises as well as on the different types of equipment like dumbells, kettlebells, bands, cardio machines, and others.

Ladies only Kickboxing 
Kickboxing is not the only martial art but also a great way to become fit, tone up your body and kill your body fat. Did you know that in  60 minutes of kickboxing workout you can burn up to 1000 kcal!


What is more, kickboxing strengthens and tones your legs, arms, glutes, back, and core all at once. You're moving through the entire workout, causing you to burn more calories while strengthening your muscles and lose body fat. You will also improve your flexibility and general conditioning. Don't forget about another benefit: you can learn how to defend yourself and become more confident.  Our "Kick to be fit" class is a mix of kickboxing workout with fitness exercises and without any way of fights/ sparrings. This is excellent training for ladies. You will need boxing gloves to participate, ask our coach for advice on what gloves are best to buy.

Tone up HIIT circuit

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or short-term rest. If you want to work out and lose weight efficiently, try HIIT exercises. But that's not the only reason why HIIT is so popular.

One of the many reasons why HIIT workouts are so popular is because they're extremely effective for weight loss. When trying to lose weight, you want to burn fat and build lean muscle to continue to burn more fat. HIIT forces your body to use energy from fat as opposed to carbs.

 

This makes losing fat more efficient.Circuit training is a combination of exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. Our Tone up HIIT circuit training includes a big variety of exercises from weights and bodyweight to cardio ones. Its full-body workout always finished by sets to strengthen your core and ABS

Body conditioning
Body conditioning exercises target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body. They may combine several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training. This is a full-body workout where we pay a big attention to the legs, glutes, abs, and core.

We mainly use barbells and kettlebells for this workout supported by other equipment like resistance bands, dumbells and cardio equipment.  Body conditioning establishes a balanced, stable physique, helps build lean muscle mass, drops body fat, and improves endurance. Regularly do these workouts to build power, coordination, and wellbeing.
