These classes are specially made for women of any age and any level of experience to practice Kickboxing or Muay Thai, stay active, and reach their fitness goals.

​

It is a great alternative to standard fitness classes, giving you other benefits, like learning some martial arts techniques, becoming more confident, and also destressing after a long and hard day.

​

Each 60-minute workout includes some stretching, kicking and punching techniques, pad-work, bag work, fitness and conditioning exercises, ABS, and core. This is no sparring/fighting class.

If any of our ladies want to try full Kickboxing or Muay Thai classes with sparring, she can join our Advanced or Beginners groups,

You don’t need to have any previous experience, we teach you everything from the first step.
